Mask

Mask is a black marking that can vary greatly, covering everything from just the end of the muzzle to the whole of the muzzle, eyebrows, ears, and some chest.
Mask can also optionally show on the toes and tail if extensive enough.
At minimum, Mask should show somewhere within the highlighted range.

Rules

  • Can only be black or very dark grey at the least. (Dark brown if red or brown base coat).
  • Can create separated pock marks on the cheeks
  • Only go on the feet and tail if visible face mask is included – you can’t just use Mask to give the Warhound black toes and a tail, there needs to be black on the face.
  • If around the nose or near flesh, it usually creates dark pigmenting in those too. For example, if paws are dark from mask, the chance is that the pawpads will be dark too.
